Question: Why is abuse, of any form, grounds for annulment?

What did you mean by this?

Meaning: God will never legalize divorce

Question: Why not God? There are many people who seem to be better off with new partners (both sides)?

Question: What do you mean by this statement?

So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, no human being must separate.”

Question: I can understand how this is possible in Heaven. But here on earth, we don’t marry our soul-mates.
